Sunwood Hotel Arianz Mataram

Central location in Mataram. Easy to get everywhere I needed to go. Bed was very comfortable. Room was big. Restaurant had good food options and prices were not extortionate. Water refill available around hotel was helpful. Parking area was large for motorbikes. ATM conveniently outside hotel. Cute park opposite the road. Islamic centre a 2 minute drive. Beautiful view of the Islamic centre from my room and from the roof. But, what really made the stay great was the staff. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. They made me feel at home and even drove me to find a motorbike rental, and to sort out a mobile sim card. They always smiled, and said hello and invited me for iftaar with them on my final night. I stayed during Ramadhan and the staff amazingly called me when it was Suhoor time. Housekeeping did a great job and were always lovely. Amazing staff, thank you!!!

The breakfast buffet style. I really enjoy it. Situated in nice location. Nice comfortable bed.

We enjoyed our stay with this property, the staff was very nice. The room very clean, food not bad. Thank you for Hospitality And we love to stay here for our next trip.
